Hypnosis can help re-programme the subconscious mind to think and feel differently. My depression programme uses hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to bring about lasting positive change. I also often incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy into the hypnosis to further enhance the programme.
Whilst anti-depressant pills can help suppress negative or anxious moods they do not provide a cure. Hypnosis, combined with NLP and CBT, helps fundamentally change the cognitive-emotional issues that keep many in a depressed state long term.
It is likely you will need 5 to 6 sessions in order to achieve the desired result.
